The Mind's Power

What is the mind?

It is where thought are created, a place where strong holds erected itself. Strongholds are impure thought, that continuously attached your mind. But, it is written that: the weapons of your warfare are not carnal, but are mighty through Christ in the pulling down of strong holds; Casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ, 2 Corinthians 10:4-5.

It is where the enemy throws darts at you. It is where many things are created. This is where your imagination can go wild and create some of the most beautiful things.

According to the word of God, your mind is a battlefield. It is where the wicked throws darts at you. However, God has given us the shield of faith wherewith we shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked Ephesians 6:16. No wonder God says. My Faith is the victory that over cometh the world. Faith is your tool to destroy the wicked ones. Your mind is a place where things are process, it's a processor. Your mind is vast and so many things starts there. Hence the reason why God tells us to renew our minds. We will talk some more about renewing our minds later.

Our mind is a power and creative system or tool, that can be used to recreate our world, our lives, our businesses and just about any thing that we desire to see changes in. You can see why it comes under attact. When the enemy comes to attact our minds our best weapons is the word of God. Let's go and see how Jesus teaches to overcome these attacts by using the word of God.

You can read it here : In Luke 4:1-13.. And Jesus answering and said unto him, It is said, thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God. And immediately the devil left him. There is nothing more powerful than the word of God. The word of God is Jesus himself. When we call on Jesus.. The word.. That Name.. All things are possible.

We see how Jesus did this? When the enemy came to tempt him after he had sacrificed the flesh and not eaten for 40 days.. The tempter came to him.. " Smiles" Can you imagine, the the devil comes to tempt God.. The devil knows that Jesus is God.. however, he came to tempt him.. But Jesus knew how to use the word.. He used the word very well. Jesus thought us how important it is to always use God's word. Jesus showed us that our words are not effective against the demons of darkness. So he shows us how to use His word to create effective results..

Then God reminded us also to resist the devil and he will flea from us. How do you resist the devil?. Only by the word of God. We need to use the tools that God has given unto us.

These Are Some Tools That God Has Gives To Us.

Renew your mind with the word of God. Why? God wants us to be armed, to be equipted with an effective tool that will take us through life's challenges, always as a winner.

God knows that the only thing that can take us through this world successfully is the word of God, because we are the offspring of the word. Jesus Christ himself gave birth to us.

God knows that our heart need to be protected. It is written that out of your heart are the issues of life. Guard your heart deligently. Protect it. What can you use to guard you heart safely, except it be the word of God? Nothing else can Protect your mind, except God himself. God is His word! You got to get this! You need to fill your heart with the word of God.

Notice, I kept saying fill up your heart with the word of God. For many, filled their hearts with garbage and then, it is trouble all the way. But, the word of God is a life giving source. The word of God is living and active, always producing results. The word of God is spirit and it is life. It can only produce life, success and prosperity. The word of God is God himself and the only truth that exist. The word of God is truth.

Study to show yourself approved, workman needeth be ashamed. Rightly dividing the word of truth. That word of truth is God, nothing can stand against him.

God says, "study His word". When you do that, you will have fellowship with God. You talk with God. God talks to you. This is how you will get some serious indept revelation, by studying the word of God. As you spend time with God, you are drawing night unto Him.. He reveals himself to you in ways that you can never imagine possible.. Its all there in the word of God.. In the bible.

Ooooh glory to God.

And be not conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of the mind, that you may prove what is that God and acceptable and perfect will of God. Romans 12:2

God told us how we should be transformed. God said, be ye transformed by the renewing of our mind, now, here it comes, the HOW, By the word of God. God knows the mind has the capacity to do powerful and limitless things. After all, we are created in the likeness and the image of God. God knows that the transforming power of the word of God applied to the mind, will put us over, so he tells us, to renew our mind with His words.

Do not be conformed to this world, he says. The world is full of darkness that can hurt you. So God tells us what is best for us to do in His word.

Our mind can be used to create whatsoever we desire. When our mind is transformed by the word of God and we put our mind power to work.. there can be indefinate possibilities. The word of God tells us that when we pray.. See it.. And what we see believing.. It shall be granted unto us. Here God is saying, use your spiritual eyes to see what you have need of.. Use your imagination to see it.. Put your mind to work.. When you can see it.. That which you see will be yours.

You are not limited to your environment, you are not limited to the economical distortions or the happenings in and around you. You are not subjected to the ups and downs in your country, nor your states fluctuating situations. No, you are not limited to any of that. No.. No, .. a thousand times no.

You are not limited to the local nor global environmental or the economical impact or the effect on the world. Who you are and what you can become depends solely on you, and whats inputted in your mind. What did you put in your mind? What are your thought? Are you thinking positively? Are you looking at the effects on the world and mesuring your life with what you are seeing in the natural? Are you thinking that these things happening around you determine your progress or your prosperity? No, it doesn't.

This is the reason why God encourages us to renew our mind with his word. The word of God in you has no limitation. The word of God is Jesus Christ in you, Jesus Christ is God. Therefore, what your renewed and transformed mind can create is as infinite, as the God that is in you. It is written, I can do all things through Christ that gives me strength. With your mind, you can change anything about you. Anything about your environtment, yes, anything about your life that is not good.

You can create your new world. You create what you want to see in your world. Use your imagination. What good things does your heart desire? And, as you are creating it.. What does God say in His word about your life? Use your mind to put it into action. Create it, build on it, fashion it. You can even put pen to paper and draw it.. Dream big.. Make it big for the glory of God. Your God is big, He only wants what's best for you. He delights to give you only the best things..

Now, use your mouth to bring it into your world.. Imagine it, and meditate upon it.. Make it real, feel it, touch it.. You must want that change so badly that you liturally live it. Yes it's your new world.. Live in it, every moment.. Talk it out, draw it out.. Keep talking it.. Say what God says about you.

Your mouth is the only thing that can help your mind to think right. Talk right and your mind will think right. Talk the word of God. Read the word of God out loud and declare and decree what God's words say about you. Walk around in your house and talk it.

Thank God for this new life that He has given you.. Yes.. Keep saying it.. Don't stop saying it. The word of God says "you must see it and believe it, make it your reality and whatsoever you see, you shall have it"

It is written that death and life is in the power of your tongue. And they that love it shall eat the fruits thereof. So practice to Speak life. Say only what you want to see in your life. Your words are very important.

Now, why do you need to talk about it, meditate on it. Verbalize it. Note: this is what you are creating.. It does not necessarily mean you are going to tell another person about it.. But, then again you could, however, you must choose a born again believing praying person that understand what you are doing..

Now, this is important.. It is written in Romans 10:8 - 1. That even salvation is by the confession of your mouth. So it is very important for you to talk it out. When you do.. You are hearing it...you are seeing it.. You are creating it and you are believing it.. So it's getting into your spirit, through your eyes, ears, mind and mouth.. So go ahead and create your best world. The one God has for you.

Pray prayers of thanksgiving to God. Praying what God says. Say, Lord I thank you, for you have blessed me with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places.. Thank you, because you have blessed me for myself and for charitable use. Thank you Lord, that you have blessed me to be a blessings. Yes, I am a blessing to my world. See yourself as the blessing to your word. See yourself doing what God said you should be doing.
