You Can Take Control Of Your Environment!

Did you know that you have total control and authority over your environment?

First let's look at the biblical perspective Look with me in Genesis 1:26 God said: Let us make man in our own image and likeness and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the sea, over the fowl of the air and over All Earth.

I Love how God puts it in verse number 28. He said: after he had made man and Blessed them. Now, He said unto them: go forth!" Be fruitful and Multiply, and replenish the earth, now this is the part that I really love. Here it comes. God said: "And subdue it: and have dominion over every living things that moveth (see the word moveth here means continuous)".. Now do you see the authority that God gave you over all things on the earth? Wow! As if that is not enough, so Pastor I need more proof. Okay, come with me let me show you some more evidence. Before that, I want you to look with me for a moment. Let's talk about it. Pay attention to the details.

Did you notice that God did not make a promise here? Did you also notice that God did not say in the future mankind would dominate and subdue the earth? No... God gave you a command. He blesses you and then he distribute a delegation or you could say he gave you a responsibility, a now responsibility. So, when we say we are waiting on God to do things for us, what does that mean, and how much are you waiting on God to do for you, or for God to do for you that he has not already done for you? Many times we say we are waiting on God, however, God is waiting on us to do what he has given us responsibility on earth to do.

I remember a testimony from Bro Shamback, lol. I bought his book and and in it I found this intriguing testimony. Quote " I was talking to Jesus one day and while I was talking to Jesus.. This big ugly demon came in front of him and stood before him and Jesus. He said: He was trying so hard to look over the demon, to look around the demon trying to see Jesus. While the demon was there he could not see Jesus, not only that, but he could not hear him anymore either. This big old ugly demon was a giant of a distraction for him". At the same time he was wondering why Jesus was not doing something about it. He though to himself, did Jesus not see the demon between them? But of course, Jesus indeed saw the demon. However, Jesus gave you authority over demons too, he gave you authority over the earth realm and everything that moveth. He is not going to take it back from you. You must use what God gave you to use in the earth realm.

That's what Bro Shamback did, he got so annoyed with the demon and tell it to get away in the name of Jesus and immediately it left. See the demon had to comply. Then he asked Jesus did you not see the demon blocking me? I could not hear you anymore neither could I see you because that demon was blocking me. Guess what? Jesus said to him, when he responded. I have given you authority over the demon and over earth realm, I could do nothing without you about that demon, because I have given authority over the earth realm. You had to do it. See, it is not that God cannot do anything, it is a principle that is set in motion. God will not take it back from you. God said I have given you dominion and authority to subdue the land all of the land.

So, now let us continue to go and see some more. In Psalm 8:6 It is written :- thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet: so we see here the authority that God has given to us over all the things on the earth. The earth realm belongs to us, we are responsible to take care of it and not just left it to chance. We have a responsibility to take care of, take charge of it and protect our environment. We must do something. My Pastor said: " if you have a piece of land and you don't put anything there, it does not mean nothing is going to grow there, as a matter of fact, something is going to grow there and most of the time it is something that we don't like. It is the same thing with our environment, you got to take charge, dominate your environment. Dominate your territory. Do not leave it to chance. Thing will grow on it that you will not like.

What are you going to do? Use the word. God said in the beginning God created the heaven and the earth with his spoken word. He said Let there be light and it was so.. The word of God created the entire earth and the heavens and everything in it. So it is, In 1John 5:17. It is written as Jesus is so are we on this earth.

So Let us use the word of God to create our environment and dominate our territory. Speak to it, Say let there be light! Say I am in charge here, God has given me authority in this environment. I reign over this parade, over this environment, this community , this city, this country.. Begin to speak life over your home, over marriage, over your spouse, over your children, over your business, over your job, over your city, over your community over your neighbors. God has given me authority to trample over snakes and scorpions and nothing shall by any means arm me. Luke 10:19 Greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world, Yeah Christ is my life. I have got the life of God in me. He is living in me. No weapons fashioned against me shall prosper. Where there is a casting down, yeah there is lifting up for me. I got the life of God in me, He is living in me. When the enemy comes in, Like a flood the spirit of God will lift up a standard against him. Yeah, he will come in one way, but he will flee several ways. Glory to God. As Jesus is So am I in this world. Declare it, keep saying it and don't stop saying it. Take charge of your environment today!
